3 Eagles Ranch Sales Policy

· Sales are on a first-come-first-served basis.

· We accept PayPal, cash (US funds), cashier’s check, personal checks (which must clear the
bank first) or U.S. Postal Money Orders as payment.

· We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold any animal purchase.

· You have a one week grace pickup period—then we have a mutually agreed upon (with the
buyer) limit on holding sold goats.

· There will be a $2.00 per head each day charge after the first 7 days.

· If something happens to an animal that is being held, the buyer will have first choice of other
goats for sale at or near the original selling price.

· Sale price does not include shipping, testing or health certificates. Copies of recent test results
will be provided to the buyer. We can transport goats within the local area. All vet related
costs/paperwork is the responsibility of the buyer.

· Full payment is required before any animal leaves the farm. All sales include “after the sale”
support for the new owner.

·We are not responsible for the animal after removal from the 3 Eagles Ranch property.

Both 4H and FFA members are welcomed at our ranch!
